1. The service
Chariows provides a marketplace where independent creators ("Sellers") offer digital products to customers ("Buyers"). Chariows facilitates listing, checkout and delivery; each Seller is responsible for the products they sell.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Selling
Sellers must own or have the rights to everything they upload. Prohibited: malware, pirated or infringing content, illegal content, adult content involving minors, deceptive listings, and anything that violates applicable law. We may review, reject or remove listings at our discretion.
4. Fees and payouts
Chariows charges a platform commission (currently 10%) on each sale. Seller earnings become available for withdrawal according to the payout rules shown in the dashboard. We may withhold payouts for orders that are disputed, refunded or fraudulent.
5. Buying
Digital products are delivered instantly after verified payment. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the product as described by the Seller, unless the Seller states otherwise.
6. Refunds
Because digital products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. Refunds may be issued for defective, inaccessible or materially misdescribed products.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Chariows is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the marketplace.
