Buying
How do I download a product I bought?
Right after payment you'll see a Download button. You can also download any time from Dashboard → My Purchases. We also email you a receipt with a link.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes — purchases are attached to your account so you can always come back and re-download them securely.
My payment went through but the product isn't showing.
Payments are confirmed by our payment provider, which normally takes a few seconds. If it still shows "pending" after 10 minutes, contact us with your order number.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are handled case by case (for example, a broken or misdescribed file). Contact support with your order number.
Selling
How much does it cost to sell?
Opening a store is free. Chariows keeps a 10% platform fee when you make a sale.
What can I sell?
eBooks & PDFs, online courses, software & licenses, and other digital files such as templates, presets, fonts and audio.
What file types and sizes are supported?
Allowed formats: pdf, epub, mobi, zip, rar, 7z, mp4, mov, mp3, wav, png, jpg, jpeg, webp, gif, psd, ai, svg, docx, xlsx, pptx, txt, csv, json, fig, sketch, ttf, otf, woff2, apk, dmg, exe, msi. Maximum size per file: 200 MB.
How do I get paid?
Request a withdrawal from Dashboard → Withdrawals once your available balance reaches $20.00. Our team processes payouts to your chosen method.

Use "Forgot password" on the login page to receive a secure reset link by email.
I didn't receive the verification email.
Check your spam folder, then use "Resend link" in your dashboard banner.
